With over 40 years of experience with State Farm, I’ve dedicated my entire career to serving customers and building strong relationships. I started right out of college in Auto Claims, spent 12 years there, and opened my agency in 1996. Since then, we’ve built a strong foundation centered on trust, service, and long-term relationships.

Our team includes six full-time and two part-time members who work closely together in a supportive, collaborative environment. We take pride in delivering a high level of service while maintaining a positive, team-first culture.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for David Frederickson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
